Christine’s Turkey Red Pepper Sliders
My fire roasted pepper spread mixed directly into the ground meat adds not only beautiful sweetness, but moisture to these scrumptious burgers. You can substitute chicken for the turkey and make them full size if you prefer. Ask for dark meat so the meat is more juicy.

2 green onions, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped rosemary ( 15ml)
1/2 tsp. fresh sage ( 2.5 ml)
1 slice multi grain bread, soaked in water, squeezed and chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup CC’s “Fired up” roasted red pepper spread (50 ml)
salt and pepper to taste
